This website is operated by Shehalis Auto Mart. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Listings describe vehicles we hold or expect to hold, and are an invitation to enquire rather than a contractual offer. A sale is only agreed in person, in writing, at the showroom.

We work to keep every listing accurate, but specifications, mileage, equipment and availability can change, and errors are possible. Please verify the details that matter to you when you inspect the vehicle.

Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and may change without notice. A price marked negotiable indicates willingness to discuss, not an agreed discount. Where a vehicle shows “price on request”, no price has been published and you should contact us.

A vehicle marked reserved is subject to a pending arrangement with another buyer and may become available again. A vehicle marked sold is no longer available; its page stays online so that shared links and printed QR codes do not break.

The finance calculator is a guide only. It applies a standard formula to the figures you enter and does not account for the fees, insurance, documentation charges or credit assessment that a leasing company applies.

Nothing on this site is a quotation, an offer of credit, or a promise that finance will be approved. Actual installments are set by the finance company on approval.

Any indication we give in response to a trade-in submission is provisional and subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle and its documentation.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you are not authorised to use, or extract listings in bulk by automated means. Photographs and written descriptions on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Some pages embed a map and link to external services such as WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for their content.

We provide this website in good faith and do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here, to the extent the law permits. This does not limit your rights in respect of any vehicle you actually purchase from us.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
